BARE ships all of our orders via Australia Post at a flat rate of $15 per order. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Orders

BARE delivers through Australia Post and it’s partners internationally. International shipping starts at $20.

We ship to the following countries:

RETURNS

I genuinely wish you to be satisfied with the products that you choose to purchase from BARE Riverstone. For that reason I ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify me via the contact form within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Please note that because all BARE products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture, smell or colour. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request of return.

After returns are received in full, BARE will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are deemed faulty.

In the case of any BARE workshop booking 30% of the total of the workshop fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop are non-refundable, however, the amount, minus the non - refundable deposit, can be transferred to another program or put toward another purchase within the BARE Riverstone store.
